Ask us a question, or make suggestions or comments online. We'll publish your question and the answer here to help other people understand the issue(s) you raise - although we'll only publish your name with permission, and never publish addresses. What's more, the response will come straight from the top - from one of the members of our decision-making Northwards board.

Before you ask your question, make sure it hasn't already been recently asked by someone else - see questions & answers

We will publish your question, and the answer, on the website unless: it is not suitable because it is: about legal action; names a Northwards member of staff, or board member, includes confidential information; is defamatory or likely to cause annoyance or distress; is a personal complaint we're already dealing with; or has already been answered in the last six months.

If we don't publish your question, we will still send you an individual reply.
